Nabla is an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant trusted by 100,000+ clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations. The company recently raised $70M in Series C funding and is expanding its ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities.
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own and scale how Nabla communicates with clinicians across their entire journey—from onboarding and activation through engagement and retention. This is a hands-on, highly operational role focused on building an intentional, personalized, and measurable practitioner journey.
Key responsibilities include:
**Feature Launch & Activation**: Own weekly in-app announcements for new feature launches. Design the in-app experience (placement, format, flow), validate wording with PMM/PM/Design, track performance metrics (reach, engagement, adoption), and iterate quickly to drive feature adoption.
**Lifecycle Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute the full lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Tailor segmentation, messaging, and cadence for two distinct audiences: self-serve clinicians (automated email/in-app programs) and mid-market/enterprise health systems (automated communication that supports CSMs). Direct creative strategy, brief design/copy teams, and maintain a clear campaign calendar.
**Experimentation & Analytics**: Lead a rigorous experimentation roadmap with A/B and multivariate testing. Define and own lifecycle KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and partner with Data/Analytics to develop audience segmentation and AI-driven personalization. Turn cohort and usage insights into concrete actions.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with PMM, Design, PM, Data, Product Ops, Clinical, and Brand teams. Establish repeatable processes for planning and shipping campaigns. Ensure all programs comply with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
**Operations & Tooling**: Take ownership of the communication stack starting with Userpilot. Evaluate and manage lifecycle marketing technology partnerships. Build process documentation, playbooks, and training materials. Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work.
You will work in a highly regulated healthtech environment where every communication must meet high standards for accuracy, security, and professionalism while remaining personal and useful to busy clinicians. The role requires someone who is data-driven, comfortable living in marketing tools, can test fast, structure processes, and turn insights into action.
