Mixpanel is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the always-on programs that drive conversion from initial interest to qualified meetings. You'll architect the end-to-end lifecycle motion, building nurture infrastructure, establishing best practices, and partnering with regional campaign managers to create scalable, repeatable plays.
Key responsibilities include owning the lifecycle program from lead capture through demo-booked nurture sequencing and revenue tracking. You'll build and manage always-on email programs in HubSpot, including lead nurture, re-engagement, and handraiser follow-up workflows. You'll partner with Marketing Operations to define system ownership across the GTM stack and establish clear rules of engagement between lifecycle, sales outreach, and product-led touchpoints.
You'll collaborate with regional campaign managers to develop scalable, channel-ready lifecycle plays that reduce ad hoc execution and increase consistency. You'll define and enforce email best practices across the organization, including cadence, segmentation, and suppression logic to protect deliverability and audience trust. Additionally, you'll instrument lifecycle performance in Mixpanel and guide the building of dashboards that track funnel conversion, sequence performance, and influence on pipeline.
The role requires partnering with Performance Marketing on handraiser conversion strategy, aligning paid and lifecycle motions around shared pipeline goals. You'll work with the Marketing Ops team to bring clarity to tool ownership and use cases, particularly across HubSpot and overlapping systems.
This is an opportunity to build a true channel team from early stages, with real ownership and influence over how the motion gets defined. The focus is on high-quality engagement with the right accounts at the right moment, not volume.
