Mixpanel is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the always-on programs that drive conversion from initial interest to qualified meetings. You will architect the end-to-end lifecycle motion, building nurture infrastructure in HubSpot and establishing best practices that prioritize high-quality engagement over volume.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the complete lifecycle marketing program from lead capture through demo-booked nurture, including segmentation logic and revenue tracking
- Build and manage always-on email programs in HubSpot, including lead nurture, re-engagement, and handraiser follow-up workflows
- Partner with Marketing Operations to define system ownership across the GTM stack and establish clear rules of engagement between lifecycle, sales outreach, and product-led touchpoints
- Collaborate with regional campaign managers to develop scalable, channel-ready lifecycle plays that reduce ad hoc execution and increase consistency
- Define and enforce email best practices across the organization, including cadence, segmentation, and suppression logic to protect deliverability
- Instrument lifecycle performance in Mixpanel and guide the building of dashboards that track funnel conversion, sequence performance, and pipeline influence
- Partner with Performance Marketing on handraiser conversion strategy, aligning paid and lifecycle motions around shared pipeline goals
- Work with Marketing Ops to clarify tool ownership and use cases across HubSpot and overlapping systems
You'll be joining an early-stage channel team where you'll have real ownership and influence over how this motion gets built. This is not inheriting a mature engine—you'll be defining it from the ground up.
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years in lifecycle, email, or demand generation marketing with clear ownership of a B2B nurture program from strategy through execution
- Hands-on experience building in HubSpot (or comparable MAP like Marketo) including segmentation, workflows, sequences, and reporting
- Strong understanding of the handraiser-to-pipeline funnel in B2B SaaS with a track record of improving conversion rates
- Comfort navigating a stack still being defined; ability to assess what's broken, prioritize, and build without perfect conditions
- Strong instincts on quality-over-volume lifecycle strategy
- Ability to partner effectively with technical (ops, engineering) and non-technical (regional marketers, field) stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with data-driven iteration
Bonus experience includes product-led growth lifecycle programs, sales-assisted + PLG hybrid motions, familiarity with Qualified or similar handraiser tools, and experience standing up Marketing Ops from early stages.
