Chime is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and optimize lifecycle programs that engage, retain, and grow members across their entire customer journey—from acquisition through long-term retention. This is a strategic, business-minded marketing role focused on driving growth, revenue, and member lifetime value (LTV). You'll own full-funnel lifecycle strategy, building targeted campaigns across owned channels (push notifications, in-app messaging, email, SMS) while connecting them to broader non-owned channels that shape the member experience. You'll define customer segments, translate them into personalized campaigns, and run data-driven experiments to continuously optimize evergreen lifecycle communications and transactional messaging. Working closely with analytics, you'll measure impact, socialize findings, and develop strategies for bigger wins. Key responsibilities include developing and stewarding channel guidelines to preserve communication quality and integrity, collaborating across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Design, User Research, and CRM teams on large cross-functional initiatives, and exercising significant independent judgment on diverse projects with department-level impact. You bring 4–6+ years of lifecycle, growth, or related marketing experience, with a proven track record building segments and managing campaigns across multiple channels. You're growth-oriented and business-first, thinking about revenue and LTV across the full funnel rather than individual channels. You have strong experimentation skills, analytical abilities, and experience with marketing platforms like Braze and Looker. You're a self-starter who can work cross-functionally, think critically, and develop creative solutions with limited resources.
