Chime is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Product and Lifecycle Marketing team. This role focuses on designing and optimizing lifecycle programs that engage, retain, and grow members across their entire journey with Chime—from initial acquisition through long-term retention—with clear emphasis on driving growth, revenue, and member lifetime value (LTV). You will own full-funnel lifecycle strategy, building targeted campaigns across owned channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS. The role requires a holistic, business-minded approach rather than single-channel specialization. You'll develop data-driven segmentation and automation strategies, translate segments into personalized campaigns, and connect owned channels with broader non-owned channels that shape the member experience. Key responsibilities include generating data-driven hypotheses and running experiments to continuously optimize evergreen lifecycle campaigns and transactional communications. You'll work with analytics teams to measure impact, socialize findings, and identify opportunities for scaling wins. Additionally, you'll develop and steward channel guidelines and governance to preserve communication quality and integrity across the ecosystem. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Design, User Research, and CRM teams on shared strategies for large initiatives. You'll exercise significant independent judgment and have department-level impact across diverse projects. Required qualifications include 4–6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or related marketing, developing end-to-end campaigns from conceptualization through measurement. You should have a proven track record building segments and managing successful campaigns across multiple channels, strong experimentation skills with A/B testing experience, and solid analytical capabilities. Experience with marketing platforms like Braze and Looker is expected, with AI tools as a plus. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a growth-oriented, business-first mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions with limited resources.
