Matic Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent, Retention to join the customer service team and focus on existing customers. You will drive insurance policy sales and retention by offering client advocacy, selling additional insurance products, and providing rewritten policies when applicable. Reporting to the Manager of Retention, you will conduct renewal and new business reviews, process endorsements, provide guidance on claims-related matters, and sell additional insurance products to existing customers.
Key responsibilities include conducting renewal reviews and advising on insurance coverages, building rapport with clients via phone, email, and text, maintaining organized notes and consistent processes, running an effective sales process with organized follow-ups, providing quality sales while adhering to call quality standards, clearly articulating Matic's value proposition, and achieving sales targets for calls, cross-sales, and retention.

Requirements: Must have an active Personal Lines License in your resident state (Property and Casualty License preferred). Must be a self-starter with desire to learn and grow. Must embrace a sales-driven mentality. Excellent communication skills required.
