As a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist based in London, you will be a trusted advisor to law firms, in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies, and private equity firms, helping them seamlessly integrate Harvey's AI solutions into their daily workflows. You'll leverage your legal background and practice experience to drive adoption, increase utilization, and support long-term customer expansion and renewal.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding their unique workflows and offering tailored guidance on Harvey's AI capabilities; designing and leading onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs; acting as a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals; proactively identifying adoption barriers through thoughtful engagement and developing strategies to overcome them; translating legal practice needs into actionable product feedback; monitoring usage trends to identify at-risk or high-potential accounts; contributing to customer-facing content such as training materials and use case guides; and representing Harvey as the leading AI platform for legal professionals.
You will need a JD or equivalent legal qualification and at least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier firm (Vault 50 or equivalent), ideally with corporate law or litigation focus. Strong executive engagement skills, outstanding presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of legal processes and challenges are essential. Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development or client relationship management, is highly valued. You should be curious about AI's transformative potential in the legal industry. Travel may be required for customer visits and company office meetings.
