As a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist based in Toronto, you will be Harvey's face in Canada, building trusted relationships with leading law firms, corporate legal teams, and financial institutions. You'll serve as a strategic advisor helping customers seamlessly integrate Harvey's AI solutions into their daily workflows—driving adoption, increasing utilization, and supporting long-term expansion and renewal. Key responsibilities include: designing and leading onboarding sessions and training workshops to maximize platform value; building consultative relationships with partners at law firms, in-house counsel, and private equity firms; identifying adoption barriers and developing tailored strategies to overcome them; translating legal practice needs into actionable product feedback; monitoring usage trends to identify expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts; and contributing to customer-facing content tailored to the Canadian market. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives across all post-sales strategy facets. Your legal background and practice experience will enable you to ask thoughtful questions, establish credibility with top-tier legal professionals, and communicate Harvey's value through large group sessions, workshops, and one-on-one conversations. Required qualifications: Toronto practising certificate (or equivalent common-law qualification) with 3+ years experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier firm (Band 1 Chambers / AFR Top 10); executive engagement skills and presence; outstanding presentation abilities for legal and executive audiences; strong understanding of legal processes and challenges; and curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry. Sales or customer-facing experience, law firm business development, secondment experience, or direct client matter management is a plus.
