The Legal Product Specialist role is based in Seoul and serves as Harvey's primary representative in the Korean market. You will build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams, understanding their unique workflows and advising them on how Harvey's AI solutions enhance legal effectiveness and efficiency. This is a post-sales position within the Legal Enablement & Product Specialization (LEPS) team, working closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to drive adoption, deepen utilization, and support expansion and renewal.
Key responsibilities include designing and leading onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs tailored to Korean-speaking legal professionals. You will act as a strategic partner to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals through demonstrated impact. You'll proactively identify adoption obstacles through thoughtful engagement with users, then develop strategies to overcome them. You will translate legal practice needs into actionable product feedback, helping shape development through the lens of Korean legal practice. You'll also contribute to customer-facing content for the Korean market, including training materials, use case guides, and FAQ resources.
Required qualifications include Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent with 3+ years of experience at a top-tier Korean or international law firm. You must be fluent in both Korean and English, with strong executive engagement skills and outstanding presentation abilities for both legal and executive audiences. You need a deep understanding of legal processes and challenges, with curiosity about AI's transformative potential in the legal industry. Sales or customer-facing experience, law firm business development, secondment experience, or direct law firm client matter management is a plus.
