JumpCloud is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to join the Product Education & Enablement team in India. This role focuses on transforming complex product updates and go-to-market initiatives into engaging, hands-on learning experiences for internal field teams and external customers.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to create technical enablement materials for new features; building modern, responsive courses using Articulate Rise with optimized learning paths for different audiences; creating interactive simulation content using Navattic and engaging video tutorials with Camtasia; leveraging generative AI tools like Claude to accelerate content creation and iteration; collaborating with the Technical Writing team to align messaging across educational content; and managing projects and content assets using Google Workspace.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp cloud products, identity/device management concepts, and new features. Required skills include hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and video editing platforms like Camtasia, experience or strong aptitude with interactive simulation tools like Navattic, comfort with Google Workspace and AI companions like Claude, and exceptional ability to translate technical documentation into user-friendly instructional content. A portfolio demonstrating technical storytelling ability (video tutorials, interactive guides, or Rise courses) is required.
Preferred qualifications include a strong background in content creation as a core professional focus, demonstrated success with GTM product releases and transforming technical updates into bite-sized training modules, hands-on LMS experience, and experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments. The role is fully remote within India, requiring fluency in English for interviews and business communication.
