As Learning & Development Manager, you will own LEAP's learning agenda end-to-end, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. This is a strategic build role that combines program design, execution, and leadership influence across the organization. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing a 12-month L&D roadmap aligned to business priorities - Embedding LEAP's Core Capabilities into programs, manager development, and people practices - Designing and launching a Manager Development Program, including facilitation and coaching of leaders - Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of a single Learning Management System (LMS) to host, track, and report on all learning - Consolidating product training, compliance, and onboarding learning into one cohesive function - Partnering with People & Culture, executives, internal experts (Product, InfoSec, regional teams), and external providers to deliver scalable solutions - Measuring and reporting on learning impact using data to inform investment decisions - Planning and delivering programs creatively within budget constraints You will be the expert in the room, making strategic calls, keeping leaders informed and aligned, and knowing when to design and facilitate yourself versus bringing in external experts. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven L&D leadership: built and owned L&D strategy and programs end-to-end, ideally in a fast-growing tech or professional services business - Bias for action: move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, launch, learn, and iterate - Strategy-to-execution capability: translate big-picture goals into clear plans, milestones, and results with sustained momentum - Clear, compelling communication: explain ideas simply, build business cases, and influence executives and leaders in writing and in person - Ownership mindset: hold yourself accountable for outcomes, keep stakeholders proactively updated, flag risks early - Adult learning expertise: strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design, with ability to design programs that change behavior - LMS hands-on experience: implementing or managing a Learning Management System, including reporting functionality - Facilitation and coaching skills: confident facilitator who can engage diverse audiences from new starters to senior leaders - Commercial and creative approach: resourceful and innovative in delivering high-quality programs within budget - Diagnostics certification (ideal): leadership diagnostics such as Human Synergistics (LSI), The Leadership Circle, or DiSC The company emphasizes that candidates meeting some, but not all, requirements are encouraged to apply.
