Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, seeks a Learning and Development Program Manager for its Quality organization. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that empower quality professionals and cross-functional teams across Anduril's manufacturing sites, supplier networks, and Arsenal 1 facility.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with quality organization goals, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps tied to program milestones and audit findings, facilitating learning programs and workshops, and managing multiple L&D projects through planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. You will support change-management initiatives associated with quality management systems implementation, digital tool adoption, employee onboarding, and team development.
The role requires translating complex quality processes and regulatory frameworks (AS9100, ITAR/EAR, CMMC) into clear, actionable learning experiences. You will keep management informed of L&D activities, priorities, risks, and outcomes, and ensure learning programs remain aligned with evolving QMS and technical requirements.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial engineering, quality management, education, or related field, plus five or more years of L&D, training, or quality assurance experience in defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries. You must demonstrate familiarity with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC frameworks, with experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional project teams. US work authorization is required.
