hyperexponential is an AI-powered insurance platform trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers. The company is backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, and is scaling globally with a multi-product platform covering pricing, underwriting, and decision-making across the $7 trillion insurance industry. The Client Education team sits at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success, responsible for turning new platform capabilities into training, certification, and documentation that clients and delivery partners can learn from effectively. In this role, you will deliver technical training sessions—both live and online—to clients and partners, covering platform fundamentals through advanced topics like building pricing models with AI agents. You'll build and maintain high-quality course content including online modules, video tutorials, and workshop materials that keep pace with product releases. You'll support the design and delivery of certification assessments with practical exercises where candidates build real pricing tools in the platform. You'll partner closely with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into day-one-usable training material. You'll contribute to the partner enablement programme, helping external delivery partners onboard and deliver training to consistent standards. You'll also maintain course health and documentation processes, flagging outdated or misaligned content. You should have delivered training or workshops to non-technical or semi-technical audiences and can point to material you've built or taught. A Computer Science degree or equivalent hands-on programming experience (Python or similar) is expected. You've worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products. You've taken initiative to build or improve courses and learning content rather than just following existing structures. You communicate confidently with clients and external stakeholders, adjusting technical depth appropriately. You thrive in environments where scope shifts and you're expected to figure things out independently. You should avoid this role if you prefer following fixed curricula over adapting training as products evolve, if you're uncomfortable with hands-on technical concepts, or if you prefer working in isolation rather than collaborating across teams.
