OneTrust is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead the continued education and upskilling of the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) sales organization. The EBU represents 85% of OneTrust's global sales recurring revenue and is the frontline of customer interaction and success.
In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive educational programs for enterprise sales representatives and sales managers. You'll strategize key initiatives alongside Global Sales Strategy and Senior Sales Leadership, liaising with Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to build and deliver content. Your responsibilities include gathering feedback to refine enablement strategy, leveraging enablement data to identify knowledge and skill gaps, and developing programs for soft skill development.
You will design quarterly enablement calendars for both live and self-led training, ensure effective launch and assessment of corporate initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders on driving outcomes through monthly data reviews. This is a cross-functional strategic role requiring excellent communication, bias toward action, and the ability to build and deliver playbooks and trainings.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in SaaS, 3+ years in a quota-carrying position (preferably Strategic segment), certification or experience with Command of Message Sales Methodology, proficiency in Salesforce, and proof of delivery of sales training programs. You should have experience leading cross-cultural teams and be willing to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual Spanish/English fluency, knowledge of French and/or German, experience implementing enablement programs, and knowledge of the legal/regulatory/compliance market, particularly in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, or Consent Management.
OneTrust operates an office-first culture with three days per week in office for most roles, with flexibility based on position scope.
