Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Lead Value Engineer focused on the Public Sector, you will architect and drive large-scale AI and data-driven business transformation initiatives using the Celonis platform.
You will work alongside Senior and Principal Value Engineers, combining technical execution with consulting and program management expertise. Your core mandate is to support complex transformation roadmaps and execute targeted initiatives that improve how public sector organizations operate across their ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include:
**Value Selling & Realization:** Map how the Celonis platform accelerates enterprise AI strategy. Take end-to-end accountability for ROI targets. Craft executive narratives and lead multi-workstream value workshops with C-suite stakeholders.
**Stakeholder Management:** Execute C-level orchestration and cultivate executive sponsorship. Drive adoption by co-owning enterprise-wide change management and building Centers of Excellence for customer self-sufficiency.
**Program Management:** Steer cross-regional transformation programs. Implement AI-driven account planning across multiple workstreams. Build frameworks enabling customers to quantify processes at global scale.
**Platform & AI Fluency:** Operate as a master AI-fluent operator, leveraging advanced copilots for rapid technical outputs and orchestrating technical teams for complex architectural builds.
**Scale Value:** Define strategic expansion roadmaps positioning Celonis as the intelligence layer for the enterprise. Guide product development by identifying next-generation use cases.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience with ownership of strategic workstreams and expert industry knowledge. Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS (e.g., SAP). Master-level AI fluency and ability to guide technical teams. Expert in value realization and business-critical proof points. Proven ability to orchestrate massive enterprise programs and mobilize C-suite sponsorship. Expert knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain and deep Public Sector expertise. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical degree (or Business/Economics with technical minor). Must possess active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred). No visa sponsorship available.
