Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Lead Value Engineer focused on the Insurance and Financial Services sector, you will architect and execute large-scale AI and data-driven business transformations using the Celonis platform. You will own the end-to-end value realization journey for Celonis's largest customers, combining technical execution with consulting and program management. Your core responsibilities include: **Value Selling & Realization:** Map how Celonis accelerates enterprise AI strategies, take accountability for ROI targets, and craft executive narratives for board-level discussions. Lead complex, multi-workstream value workshops that demonstrate platform impact. **Stakeholder Management:** Execute C-level orchestration to build executive sponsorship across the customer's organization. Co-own enterprise-wide change management and build Centers of Excellence (CoE) operating models to ensure long-term self-sufficiency and adoption. **Program Management:** Steer large-scale, cross-regional transformation programs. Implement AI-driven account planning across multiple workstreams and build frameworks that enable customers to quantify processes at global scale. **Platform & AI Fluency:** Operate as a master AI-fluent professional, leveraging advanced copilots for rapid technical outputs and orchestrating Applied Value Engineers for complex architectural builds. **Strategic Expansion:** Define expansion roadmaps that position Celonis as the intelligence layer for the enterprise. Guide product development by identifying next-generation industry use cases. **Required Qualifications:** - 7+ years of relevant experience with ownership of multiple strategic workstreams and expert industry knowledge - Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS with master-level AI fluency - Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and set strategic direction for account teams - Expert in value realization and business-critical proof points - Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills with C-suite mobilization experience - Fluent in English and German with strong executive presence - Expert knowledge of Insurance and Financial Services market dynamics - Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics degree, or Business/Economics with technical minor This role offers ownership from day one, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven business operations at a fast-growing enterprise SaaS leader.
