Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Lead Value Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor helping enterprise customers—primarily in CPG, Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors—achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
You will own the end-to-end value journey for customers: landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Identify & Frame Value:** Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks. Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and communicate value opportunities to C-level executives.
**Realize Value:** Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures in core functions (Finance, Supply Chain) and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
**Scale Value:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion across customer organizations. Provide feedback to product teams on new use cases.
You will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Team, acting as the bridge between technical process intelligence and executive-level business strategy. You'll blend deep industry domain expertise with strong analytical skills, focusing on complex back-office ecosystems in Finance and Supply Chain.
Required qualifications: 7+ years in an analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis and software deployment, ideally in Solution Consulting, IT/Management Consulting, or as an in-house analyst. Strong experience in process improvement, change management, and value realization. Deep understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives. Knowledge of business software (SAP), RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and ideally Python, SQL, and AI. Proven project management and executive stakeholder management skills.
