Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Value Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor helping enterprise customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will own the end-to-end value journey for assigned customers—from initial landing through expansion, adoption, and renewal.
Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Identify & Frame Value:** Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build compelling demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks. Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects, communicating opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
**Realize Value:** Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
**Scale Value:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion across customer organizations. Provide product feedback to enhance the platform based on new use cases.
You will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Team, focusing on the High Tech industry vertical. You'll blend deep process and industry expertise with consulting and analytical skills, collaborating with partners and Celonis Services to drive measurable business impact.
Required qualifications include experience in an analytical, customer-facing role (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Management Consulting, or enterprise Center of Excellence). You need knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (SAP), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and ideally Python/SQL. Process improvement expertise, project management capabilities, and executive stakeholder management skills are essential. Fluent English communication and presentation abilities required.
