As Lead Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for business-facing roles across go-to-market, operations, finance, and corporate functions. You'll manage the entire hiring pipeline from sourcing through offer closure, working closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, design effective interview processes, and meet hiring targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing full-cycle recruiting for business roles with a focus on quality and speed
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role specifications and build tailored interview processes
- Sourcing and engaging top talent through targeted outreach, referral networks, and creative recruiting strategies
- Owning the recruiting function's processes, tooling, and metrics—continuously improving systems as the company scales
- Delivering exceptional candidate experience with clear communication throughout the hiring journey
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership as a strategic talent advisor
- Mentoring and supporting other recruiters focused on business hiring
You'll need 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record in business roles (go-to-market, operations, finance, corporate). You should have proven success hiring top talent in competitive markets, advanced passive sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms. Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startups is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
The role is based in McLean, VA, with Monday–Friday in-office work required. Relocation to the area is a condition of employment.
