DeepL is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for one of its core product areas within the DeepL Translator platform. This is a strategic leadership role that combines market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue enablement to drive adoption of DeepL's language AI capabilities among enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the Translator product line, defining how the market understands DeepL's value proposition and differentiation. Key responsibilities include: owning GTM strategy and execution; informing the product roadmap through market and competitive insights; translating complex AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven messaging for enterprise decision-makers; leading global product launches across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams; collaborating with Sales Enablement to equip revenue teams with training and competitive positioning assets; and partnering on unified strategies that drive platform awareness, demand creation, and user retention.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of professional marketing, product, or revenue experience, with at least 4 years specifically in B2B product marketing. You should be a full-stack PMM comfortable moving between high-level strategy, competitive positioning, and tactical revenue enablement. Proven success driving GTM strategies for complex or platform-level technologies is essential. You are a natural storyteller who can translate highly technical AI and language concepts into narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers. You thrive in ambiguity, use data-driven insights to solve problems, and have strong cross-functional leadership skills working with product, research, and sales teams. AI fluency and comfort using AI tools to scale your own work is important, as is a genuine passion for languages and communication.
