Carta is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and execution for Carta Law, the company's governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) focused legal infrastructure product. You will own end-to-end product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for this segment of Carta's connected platform for private capital.
Key responsibilities include:
**Positioning & Messaging**: Define and evolve the core product narrative and value proposition for Carta Law, translating complex legal and regulatory features into clear buyer value. Serve as a subject matter expert on governance, risk, and compliance topics at company and industry events.
**Launch Strategy & Execution**: Partner with GTM and R&D teams to tier product launches, establish bills of materials, and manage execution from initial brief through post-launch analytics. Ensure alignment between product roadmaps and demand generation, integrated marketing, and paid channels.
**Asset Creation**: Develop high-performing product collateral, multimedia content, and sales enablement materials in collaboration with Creative and Brand Strategy teams.
**Customer Insights**: Conduct ongoing customer interviews and win/loss analysis to uncover buyer friction and feed insights directly into the R&D team. Use voice of customer research to inform product strategy.
**Campaign Integration**: Drive GTM alignment across lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and event presence to maximize campaign success.
You'll join Carta's Product and Customer Marketing team, which serves as the engine for growth. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of hands-on product marketing and GTM experience, preferably in SaaS fintech or governance/risk/compliance spaces. You should excel at creative problem-solving, distilling complex strategies into actionable value propositions, and thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
