Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
HealthVerity is seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders across the organization. This role operates at both strategic and hands-on levels, shaping people strategies while remaining engaged with day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities include partnering with leaders to develop people strategies that support team health, performance, and growth; serving as a trusted coach to people leaders and senior executives navigating complexity and change; driving performance and development cycles with rigor and care, including leading calibrations and supporting meaningful growth plans; partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies; using people data to surface trends and inform better decisions; supporting the recent Symphony Health integration by helping employees build connections and feel at home in the combined organization; handling employee relations matters with empathy and sound judgment; providing clear guidance on HR policies, leave, and accommodations; and contributing to center of excellence initiatives in areas like Total Rewards and People Operations.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in high-growth tech or data companies; demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels; natural ability to build trust and influence leaders; experience supporting post-acquisition integration; solid knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, leave, and accommodations; experience running calibrations, succession conversations, or leadership development programs; comfort with people analytics and HR data; and thoughtful employee relations experience.
Desired experience includes partnering with commercial, go-to-market, product, or technical teams and a genuine passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. The role is based in Philadelphia with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in-office for local employees.
