Kpler is a global intelligence platform founded in 2014 that simplifies complex trade information across commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. With over 850 experts across 69 countries, the company transforms intricate data into actionable insights for enterprise clients.
You will lead Kpler's new AI Enablement team, responsible for building internal AI tooling, frameworks, and agents that empower every function across the organization—from Engineering and Product to People, IT, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and commercial teams. This is a hybrid leadership role combining hands-on technical contribution with people management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting technical direction and architecture for Kpler's internal AI infrastructure and tooling
- Staying hands-on on the most critical AI components and implementations
- Managing a small team (initially a Senior AI Engineer and Engineer II, with growth expected)
- Collaborating across all company functions to identify AI use cases and deployment opportunities
- Building scalable frameworks and agents that enable non-technical teams to leverage AI effectively
- Establishing best practices, governance, and standards for AI adoption across the organization
You will work at the intersection of product engineering, internal tools, and organizational enablement, directly impacting how Kpler scales AI capabilities company-wide. The role offers the opportunity to shape AI strategy from the ground up in a data-driven, global organization.
