Motive is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to design and execute enablement strategies for the Mid-Market sales segment. This is an individual contributor role focused on equipping GTM teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to exceed their goals. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing field enablement strategies aligned with Motive's global sales objectives, adapting programs for the Mid-Market team's specific needs • Developing domain expertise across different sales motions (Direct vs. Channel) and roles (Business Development, Account Executives, Account Managers) to create tailored enablement initiatives • Collecting and synthesizing field intelligence through call listening, interviews, conversational intelligence, and cross-functional partnerships to identify gaps and opportunities • Collaborating with global enablement peers to share resources and drive continuous learning • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, from planning through measurement and execution • Creating new enablement solutions including AI-powered tools, sales playbooks, competitive intelligence, and best practices for upselling and cross-selling • Leading large-scale live training and small-group coaching sessions with high energy and engagement The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of sales enablement experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, with proven success building and scaling programs across multiple regions. Experience with AI-powered enablement tools (Glean, Claude, Gemini) is required. Certification in a sales methodology (Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, Value Selling) is essential. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and ability to create engaging learning experiences for global audiences is critical. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and cross-cultural influencing skills are required.
