GoFundMe Pro is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to bridge Product Marketing and Customer Experience teams. This role owns the full customer marketing function within the Demand Generation team, focusing on three core pillars: customer communications, account manager enablement, and review generation programs.
Customer & Release Communications: You'll own all email communications to existing customers, including feature announcements, release notes, and product updates developed in partnership with Product Marketing. You'll translate product-led messaging into clear, benefit-forward language appropriate for customers at every lifecycle stage. You'll maintain a communication calendar aligned to product releases and key customer moments, ensuring customers are never surprised by product changes.
Account Manager Enablement: You'll build and maintain a library of Gong call templates, talk tracks, and conversation guides to help account managers navigate renewals, upsells, objection handling, and business reviews. You'll develop QBR and EBR templates in collaboration with CX leadership and create one-pagers, email templates, and collateral that AMs can leverage at critical account moments. You'll partner with CX and Sales leadership to identify and close gaps in AM tooling.
Review Generation Programs: You'll own strategy and execution of review generation across G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot, including outreach cadences, timing logic, and incentive structures. You'll work with CX to identify ideal review candidates and build repeatable workflows. You'll monitor review volume, ratings, and response trends, reporting on program performance and iterating accordingly.
PMM–CX Bridge: You'll act as connective tissue between Product Marketing and Customer Experience, ensuring product positioning is reflected accurately in customer communications while staying grounded in what account teams hear from customers. You'll participate in launch planning and surface insights from account manager conversations that help sharpen messaging and prioritization.
Required: 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with meaningful time in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or adjacent functions. Proven track record running review programs and building AM-facing enablement materials. Exceptional writing skills to translate product complexity into clear customer communication. Strong cross-functional operator who works effectively across PMM, CX, and Sales. Familiarity with Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot, G2, or similar platforms is a plus.
