Freehand builds AI agents that replace the human decision-making and coordination layer in enterprise software, handling analysis, negotiation, prioritization, and execution for supply chain and logistics operations. This senior role owns the post-go-live relationship and expansion strategy for a portfolio of flagship F100 accounts. You will be the single-threaded owner accountable for customer outcomes across their full supply chain spend — from logistics and AP (where they typically start) to direct materials, warehousing, 3PL, services, MRO, and trade & compliance.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Executive relationship and account strategy for a portfolio of marquee accounts; (2) Land-to-expand strategy, mapping the full breadth of customer spend and building data-driven cases for Freehand expansion into new categories; (3) Value realization and ROI storytelling, translating agent performance (credits secured, cycle times cut, exceptions resolved) into narratives that resonate with CFOs, CPOs, and supply chain executives; (4) Cross-functional influence with product and engineering to shape roadmap based on real customer signal; (5) Building the playbook for post-go-live customer success, defining what to measure, how to sequence expansion conversations, and what excellence looks like at 90 days versus 12 months.
You are a first-principles problem solver who has operated in ambiguous, high-stakes environments (consulting, banking, or operating roles). You have meaningful domain fluency in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or comparable complex operating environments and can hold your own with customer VPs and CFOs. You thrive pulling diverse teams toward shared solutions, are honest about knowledge gaps, and are a builder first — this is a senior individual-contributor role measured on outcomes you personally drive, not headcount managed.
