Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, autonomy, AI, and computer vision. The Pricing Operations team drives domestic and international market expansion by building and implementing corporate-wide pricing frameworks. As Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations, you will partner with Product Line leadership, Business Development, Proposal & Capture, Program Management, and FP&A to execute financial analyses, proposal cost volumes, and build the models, templates, and processes that business-line pricing teams rely on. Your core focus is corporate pricing operations, with flexibility to support individual business divisions on strategic pursuits. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Proposal Leadership:** Lead and track strategic proposals from opportunity to award, serving as a stakeholder in proposal kick-offs and reviews. Prepare timely, high-quality, detailed, and compliant cost and price proposals for federal and commercial solicitations—including U.S. DoD and international customers—across RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Generate submission-ready cost proposal artifacts with full documentation and cross-referencing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements, basis of estimates, risks, and opportunities, translating them into compliant cost proposals. Coordinate with contracts, capture, and proposal teams while adhering to deadlines and submission requirements. **Financial Modeling & Analysis:** Develop comprehensive pricing models, templates, and training utilized by business-line pricing teams, maintaining them for both internal and external use. Exercise significant autonomy in analyzing statistical and proposal data to develop independent pricing recommendations supporting customer negotiations. Conduct risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and cost realism assessments to ensure pricing accuracy and executability. **Process, Compliance & Operations:** Continually assess and improve estimating processes and tools, leading process-improvement projects as needed. Ensure cost proposals comply with solicitation instructions, government regulations (FAR, DFARS, TINA), and corporate policies, including requirements specific to CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts. Maintain accurate, complete records of pricing templates, proposal files, supporting documentation, and historical data. Support DCAA and DCMA audit reviews as required. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, mathematics, or related field. 8+ years of directly related experience in proposal/pricing/cost development with demonstrated experience developing both government and commercial proposals. Full understanding of FAR, DFARS, and TINA. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement financial analysis tools and processes.
