Semperis is seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Director to lead sales growth across the Rockies region (Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada). This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a proven enterprise seller who excels at opening strategic conversations, building C-suite relationships, and closing complex deals in the cybersecurity and identity security space.
You will own net-new business and expansion opportunities across large enterprise accounts, create pipeline through direct prospecting and partner engagement, and work closely with channel and alliance partners. Semperis is trusted by some of the world's largest enterprises and government agencies, bringing deep expertise in protecting and recovering hybrid identity environments including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
Key responsibilities include executing large enterprise sales strategy across the region, building and closing high-value complex opportunities, developing trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leadership across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk functions, creating pipeline through prospecting and market-making activities, driving account strategy for both new logos and expansion, and collaborating cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing.
You will apply structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC preferred), maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene, represent Semperis at industry events and executive engagements, and operate with clear market-ownership mindset and sole territory coverage.
Required: 7+ years enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity security, proven track record winning complex deals and exceeding quota, ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, C-suite engagement experience, strong prospecting and territory planning capability, experience with structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC preferred), and based in Michigan or Indiana with willingness to travel across territory.
