Kraken, one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms (founded 2011, trusted by 10+ million users globally), is seeking a KOL Lead to build and scale a key opinion leader and creator network across the Netherlands, Germany, and other European markets for Kraken Pro.
You will own end-to-end relationship management with local KOLs, from sourcing and activation through ongoing partnership management. Your core responsibilities include: driving new trading user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships; representing Kraken Pro's derivatives suite (perpetual futures, prop trading, margin) to top regional creators; setting and owning regional KOL acquisition targets and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency; fixing on-the-ground execution issues that block program performance; and partnering cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams. You will benchmark and adapt a proven KOL playbook to local market conditions.
This is a high-agency role where you operate with significant autonomy, developing regional strategy without waiting for global direction. You'll work in a fast-moving, ambiguous, 24/7 crypto environment and need to be comfortable with rapid iteration and problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record building an influencer/KOL/creator network from scratch in the Netherlands and/or Germany
- Native or fluent Dutch and/or German with deep fluency in the local crypto/trading creator ecosystem
- Experience acquiring trading users at scale with clear focus on CAC efficiency
- Hands-on, execution-oriented approach; solves problems on the ground rather than escalating
- High agency and ownership of regional strategy
- Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, 24/7 crypto environment
- Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators and KOLs
NICE TO HAVES:
- Existing personal network of crypto KOLs/creators in Netherlands, Germany, or other countries
- Prior KOL, growth, or influencer marketing role at a crypto exchange
