EVERSANA, a global commercialization services firm serving the life sciences industry, is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Precigen Sales Team in Houston. You'll manage strategic relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Academic Medical Centers, and hospital systems to drive adoption of specialty medicines in immunology and gene therapy, particularly for rare disease indications. You'll own a defined territory and be responsible for delivering against aggressive sales targets while building deep relationships with key stakeholders—physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and P&T committees. Your role bridges clinical expertise and business acumen: you'll conduct product presentations, support formulary approval processes, provide clinical education, and help health systems operationalize new treatment paradigms. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams to develop tailored sales strategies. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in hospital and large IDN environments, with demonstrated expertise in buy-and-bill products, 340B institutions, and hospital formulary decision-making. You'll need strong analytical skills to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, then translate insights into actionable account strategies. Knowledge of oncology, cell and gene therapy, ENT, or ultra-cold chain distribution is preferred. You'll travel up to 40% of the time to manage accounts and develop key opinion leaders in your territory. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex healthcare environments and wants to drive patient access to innovative therapies.
