Clara is a fast-growing fintech company in Latin America providing payment solutions and financial infrastructure for enterprises. The company serves over 20,000 businesses with locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B platform. Clara is backed by top-tier investors including Kaszek, Monashees, Coatue, DST Global, and Goldman Sachs. We seek an experienced Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships in Mexico. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Clara's most important clients, combining commercial expertise with consultative insight to help them optimize spend management through our platform. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts - Manage complex sales and onboarding cycles for enterprise clients - Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CFOs, controllers, finance leaders) - Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling Clara's product suite - Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives - Forecast revenue and manage sales pipelines with accuracy - Navigate financial systems, ERP integrations, and budget conversations - Build and maintain relationships using both hunter and farmer sales approaches Required qualifications: - 5+ years as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B environments - Prior experience in financial services, particularly traditional banking - Proven track record onboarding, managing, and growing B2B client accounts - Comfort with financial systems, ERP integrations, and CFO-level conversations - Sales forecasting and sell-in/sell-out strategy experience - Strong relationship-building and business acumen - Professional English proficiency Preferred qualifications: - Existing relationships within Mexico's enterprise ecosystem - Experience creating and executing go-to-market or partner marketing plans - Confidence leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and C-level negotiations
