As Key Account Manager, you'll own the full customer lifecycle for strategic clients in Bogotá, acting as a trusted financial partner to enterprise decision-makers. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term B2B relationships, leading onboarding for new clients, and continuously engaging existing accounts to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing a dynamic portfolio of accounts with sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities. You'll execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to expand usage and grow accounts. You'll forecast commercial performance, track account health, and proactively mitigate risks while seizing new wins.
You'll engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams, leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP system integrations. The role requires balancing both FARMER skills (nurturing existing client relationships) and HUNTER skills (prospecting and closing new opportunities) to position Clara as the #1 spend management solution for enterprise customers in Colombia.
Minimum requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success within a B2B model, with demonstrated success onboarding and growing relationships with enterprise clients.
