Strike is a cybersecurity platform that combines AI agents for continuous penetration testing with elite ethical hackers to validate findings. The company serves major enterprises including Mercado Libre, Santander, BBVA, and Delivery Hero across Latin America, offering faster, deeper, and more affordable security testing than traditional providers.
You will join as a Senior Key Account Manager responsible for a strategic portfolio of enterprise customers in Mexico. This is a pure sales role focused on long-term relationships, complex negotiations, and close collaboration with technical teams. You report to the Head of Sales and work directly with Marketing, Customer Success, and Offensive Security teams.
Your primary responsibilities include: managing and expanding strategic customer accounts, ensuring renewal retention, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities as customer security needs grow, and serving as the customer's advocate within Strike. You will own these relationships end-to-end, leading renewal negotiations and ensuring customers extract maximum value from the platform each quarter.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in enterprise account management or sales at B2B software companies with revenue targets; proven track record of renewing and expanding enterprise accounts with documented churn prevention and upsell growth; experience building relationships with banks and large enterprises in Mexico at the executive level; comfort with technical conversations (buyers are security and engineering teams); based in Mexico City; native Spanish and professional English.
Desirable: cybersecurity or technical product sales experience to CISOs/CTOs; early-stage startup sales background; subscription model sales experience; daily AI tool usage.
