qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq that removes friction from restaurant payments. The platform enables guests to pay at table via QR code in seconds—no app download required—and offers Digital Menus, Order-and-Pay, Payment Links, and SoftPOS terminals. With $72M raised and operations across multiple markets, qlub has doubled headcount in the past year. As Key Account Manager, you will own a named portfolio of qlub's most strategic F&B groups—multi-outlet chains and hospitality brands that drive the largest share of revenue. You are the primary point of contact for these partners, responsible for protecting and growing revenue in your book, building joint expansion plans, and transforming a vendor relationship into a genuine commercial partnership. Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of large F&B groups from executive sponsors to store-level operators; hitting retention and expansion targets by growing GMV, driving adoption across new outlets and products, and defending against churn; building and running joint business plans and quarterly reviews with clear goals and timelines; negotiating and managing commercials, renewals, and expansion terms; identifying risk early (adoption drops, competitive pressure, stalled rollouts) and addressing issues before they escalate; and partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver joint initiatives while bringing customer insights into the product roadmap. You bring 4–6 years of experience in key account management, strategic account management, or enterprise client management in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You have a proven track record owning portfolios of large, multi-location or enterprise accounts with measurable revenue retention and growth. You possess strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, renewal, and contract management expertise. You excel at relationship-building with C-level stakeholders, think analytically, and leverage data to drive decisions. You are proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace, and fluent in English. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or high-growth marketplaces; experience rolling out products across multi-outlet groups or franchise networks; and Arabic language skills.
