Salary: CAD 60,000 - 100,000 / annual

Jobber is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers small home service businesses (plumbers, painters, landscapers) with tools to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments. As a Key Account Manager, you will own long-term partnerships with Jobber's largest customers, reporting to the Manager of Key Account Management. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 300 high-value accounts with three core outcomes: retaining customers and preventing churn, growing Gross Payment Volume (GPV) through Jobber Payments, and upselling plan upgrades and add-ons. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a portfolio of ~300 high-value accounts focused on retention, GPV growth, and upselling - Building deep, consultative relationships with key clients as a strategic partner - Conducting regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions, providing optimization insights - Identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value - Collaborating with product, risk, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Providing product feedback based on customer needs and requests - Developing best practices and mentoring team members You should have demonstrated success in account management, customer success, or sales in a B2B software environment (fintech experience preferred). A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and retention goals for 6+ months is essential. You'll need excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with challenger sales methodology. Experience in the home services industry is a nice-to-have. This role is based in Toronto (also eligible: Vancouver, Edmonton, Kitchener-Waterloo). Compensation is transparent and fixed: base salary of $60,000 plus commission of $40,000, for an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000.
