Fleek is building AI-native infrastructure for the global secondhand fashion trade, connecting suppliers across India, Pakistan, and Dubai with 50,000+ retailers in 100+ countries. The company uses FleekSort, an AI model that grades, prices, and categorizes secondhand items from photos, transforming a historically manual and opaque trade into a structured, searchable global inventory layer.
You'll join the Supply team as a Key Account Manager responsible for growing Fleek's vendor and seller base in India—one of the company's most critical supply markets. This is a hunting and farming hybrid role: you'll proactively source vendors from godowns, wholesale markets, and aggregator networks; negotiate pricing, commission, and payout terms; onboard them onto the platform; and scale their catalogs to drive monthly marketplace GMV.
You'll own a portfolio of India's highest-value vendor accounts, each targeting $35K+ in monthly GMV. Your responsibilities include building repeatable onboarding and scaling playbooks, managing account health and retention, deepening share of wallet, and driving 20-30% month-on-month growth in healthy inventory and GMV. You'll leverage AI tools to automate account management, reporting, and vendor communication, freeing your time for relationship-building and strategic growth.
The role reports to the Supply Lead and offers real commercial visibility across the company. You'll negotiate real terms, decide which accounts to scale, and write the operational playbooks that the India supply organization will execute as it grows.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in key account management, vendor management, or B2B growth (ideally marketplace, e-commerce, or D2C). You've proven ability to grow a supply-side or seller base, direct commercial negotiation experience, working knowledge of catalog and inventory operations, and an AI-first mindset. You're a proactive hunter who builds lasting relationships, comfortable in fast-moving startup environments, and structured in communication.
