Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a unified platform and is expanding its Account Management team to 30+ professionals.
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic Public Sector accounts (Ministries and government entities) in France. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, identifying customer needs, ensuring successful onboarding, analyzing consumption reports through business reviews, and proactively identifying dissatisfaction signals to implement solutions. You will renegotiate contracts to balance customer value with sustainable profitability, identify engagement initiatives, and act as the voice of customers when collaborating with Product teams.
You bring 6+ years of customer-facing experience with frequent C-level interactions and full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written). You have advanced English, expertise in managing large organizations and complex stakeholder negotiations, strong analytical skills for presenting data-driven insights, and active listening abilities. Experience in insurance, benefits, or the Public Sector is valued. You are based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille.
