Join as a Junior Key Account Manager supporting the Walmart account team in Mexico City. You will provide critical administrative and analytical support to three senior KAMs, enabling smooth operations across multiple commercial functions.
Key responsibilities include:
**SKU Management**: Process administrative workflows for new SKU launches with the client, including item 360 documentation and format submissions.
**Promotions Coordination**: Load and manage Walmart promotion Excel formats, tracking SKU details, volumes, pricing, and contribution calculations for promotional periods.
**Financial Disputes**: Upload and organize financial agreement documentation in SharePoint for dispute resolution and tracking.
**Special Purchases**: Manage special purchase workflows, including portfolio format submission, end-to-end purchase tracking, internal stock coordination, and ensuring 100% on-time delivery. Coordinate with internal teams on inventory availability and client vigency changes.
**Forecast Monitoring**: Track forecast performance against sell-in and sell-out metrics, identify deviations, and propose corrective adjustments.
**Commercial Analytics**: Analyze key performance indicators and business metrics to identify opportunities and recommend improvement plans.
You will work with core commercial concepts including sell-in, sell-out, forecast, days on hand (DOH), in-stock rates, and fill rates. The role requires strong Excel skills, intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, and a proactive, organized approach to problem-solving. Travel availability is preferred.
