Salary: EUR 43,000 - 73,000 / annual

Hive is seeking an Account Manager to join its pan-European team supporting fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands. In this role, you will own end-to-end customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the Hive organization. Key responsibilities include: - Consulting with customers on their growth journey, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting new product launches and market entries - Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customer base by identifying key stakeholders and maintaining constant communication with decision makers - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback in collaboration with the product team to ensure customer-centric product development - Onboarding new customers into Hive's software and processes alongside the Onboarding team - Managing the operational health of your merchant accounts by proactively coordinating between merchants and internal Operations, Support, and Fulfillment teams You bring 1-4 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally from a startup, software, or SaaS environment. You are fluent in both German (C2) and English, with strong analytical and empathetic communication skills. An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for building lasting relationships, and logistics experience are valued.
