Ent is an intent-aware workspace security platform protecting human and AI-driven work. Founded by Lou Manousos and Brandon Dixon (co-founders of RiskIQ, acquired by Microsoft) and the team behind Microsoft Security Copilot, Ent is in production with Global 2000 customers across hospitality, financial services, and defense. Backed by Decibel, Sequoia, Crosspoint Capital, Craft Ventures, Shield Capital, Felicis, and In-Q-Tel.
This is a general application for senior and strategic enterprise sellers as well as regional directors. The company is scaling the level and scope to match candidate experience. The role targets top-of-market sellers with deep CISO relationships who want to help define a new security category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from pipeline generation through close
- Sell Ent's intent-aware security platform to CISOs and executive buyers at Global 2000 organizations
- Leverage existing CISO and security-leader relationships to open doors and accelerate deals
- Partner with technical marketing and sales engineering to run compelling demos and advance opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a top-performing senior enterprise seller, closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Established CISO and senior security-leader relationships
- Cybersecurity sales experience required; strong preference for endpoint security experience
