Lovable is a software creation platform that has grown to over 60 million projects since launch in November 2024. As one of the first IT hires, you'll build the operational backbone supporting the company's rapid growth across offices in Stockholm, London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco.
This is a hands-on IT operations role with a builder's mindset. You'll combine technical troubleshooting with strategic vendor management and automation to keep the team productive and the office running smoothly. The role blends day-to-day support with larger infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a range of SaaS products internally, ensuring ROI, compliance, and adoption
- Lead implementation projects including internal app deployments, SaaS migrations, and physical office buildouts
- Support the IT help desk function by triaging and resolving hardware and software issues
- Automate repetitive support tasks using AI tools and scripting; maintain documentation for team self-service
- Partner with the Security team to protect company data while maintaining a smooth developer experience
- Manage vendor relationships, including cost negotiation and feature evaluation
This is an office-first position based in Stockholm. You'll work in a small, talent-dense team with a culture emphasizing extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT operations or sysadmin role at a tech company
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including negotiating costs and evaluating features
- Track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
- Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS or Linux environments (preferred)
- Experience with Apple MDM tools such as Iru or Kandji (preferred)
- Familiarity with professional software development tools (preferred)
