iCapital is seeking a VP of Product & Audience Marketing to lead international marketing strategy and execution across LATAM and Canada from their Lisbon office. This role combines strategic product positioning with hands-on campaign execution, requiring deep expertise in financial services, wealth management, and private markets.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market plans for products and platform capabilities, partnering with Product, Client Solutions, and regional leadership to translate business priorities into marketing strategies, and supporting international launches with clear, differentiated positioning. You will develop audience-led marketing programs targeting wealth managers, banks, and advisors, driving regional campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, webinars, content programs, and event marketing. The role also involves localizing U.S. marketing materials for regional relevance and compliance, developing sales enablement content and messaging frameworks, and collaborating with Compliance and Legal teams on regulatory requirements.
You will act as a strategic marketing partner to regional business leaders, measure campaign effectiveness, and help develop the International Product & Audience Marketing function. The position requires 10+ years in product marketing, audience marketing, asset management, wealth management, fintech, or financial services, with strong understanding of private markets and alternatives. You should have proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling client-focused materials, manage stakeholders across international markets and time zones, and be fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
