Rebellyous Foods, a growth-stage plant-based meat company, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and drive customer engagement. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, distributor support, sample requests, and sales administration while proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships and day-to-day account needs, coordinating sales activities such as scheduling meetings and preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate CRM data. You will handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify new opportunities, and build customer re-engagement initiatives. The role requires coordinating product sample requests, tracking customer engagement from inquiry through order placement, and assisting with new product launches and promotional initiatives.
You will maintain customer records and sales documentation within the CRM, generate weekly sales reports and performance dashboards, and monitor contract renewal dates and pricing updates. Additionally, you will coordinate communication between internal teams, distributors, and brokers, assist with distributor onboarding, and support broker reporting and territory management.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure customer success. You will coordinate inventory availability with customer demand, communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to internal teams, and assist in resolving order or fulfillment issues.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Experience working with distributors, brokers, foodservice operators, or retail customers is highly desirable.
