OpenAI is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for product launches, model releases, and research announcements. This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, creative, media, and go-to-market functions, requiring close partnership with Product, Product Marketing, Research, Brand, Creative, Communications, Growth, and Sales teams. Key responsibilities include developing integrated marketing strategies for business product launches and new capabilities; partnering with Product and PMM to identify audiences and shape positioning; leading campaigns across creative, communications, customer marketing, developer marketing, growth, sales, and paid/owned/earned channels; identifying customer stories and creative concepts that make technical capabilities tangible; working with creative, media, and production agencies to develop briefs and deliver campaigns; connecting launch strategies to customer and sales needs; and managing campaign budgets and agency relationships. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of B2B product marketing, integrated marketing, launches, or related technology go-to-market experience. You should have launched enterprise software, AI products, cloud services, developer tools, or other technically sophisticated offerings in fast-moving or ambiguous environments. You understand product positioning and can partner credibly with Product and PMM leaders. You bring strong creative ideas, build relationships easily, and know how to collaborate with internal creative teams or external agencies to improve work quality. You combine creative judgment and customer empathy with analytical thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on execution—able to sort through high volumes of information, make sound recommendations, and keep complex launch work moving across many stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco with three days per week in the office.
