As Integrated Marketing Manager for North America, you report to the Integrated Marketing Lead and own regional execution of three core campaigns: Legal, Accounting/Consulting, and Strategic (Big 4). You translate integrated marketing strategy into ground-level touchpoints, events, and field activities that move buyers through the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include: owning regional campaign outcomes across all three verticals; localizing campaign content and assets for the NA market and target accounts; planning and executing field activities (regional events, account-based programs, in-market touchpoints); partnering with regional sales teams to align campaigns to pipeline and target accounts; coordinating with Brand and Product Marketing on voice, narrative, and positioning; and tracking campaign performance to feed optimization insights back to the broader marketing and analytics teams.
You will own the NA regional outcome of all three campaign verticals, regional campaign calendars, localized campaign assets and field activations, region-specific account-based marketing programs, and in-region campaign performance reporting.
Required experience: 4+ years in B2B field marketing, campaign management, or integrated/regional marketing; proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns and field events that drive pipeline in a defined region or set of accounts; end-to-end event planning and execution (conferences, field dinners, account-based programs, owned events); comfort partnering with Sales on target accounts and pipeline priorities; strong project management skills; familiarity with account-based marketing and campaign performance measurement.
Nice-to-have skills: experience marketing to professional services, legal, or financial enterprise buyers; experience supporting enterprise or account-based sales motions; familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense), CRM, and marketing automation; willingness to travel within the region for events and field activity.
You are an operator who makes things happen in market. You own a number and a region, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, and see campaigns translate into real meetings and pipeline. You turn strategy into concrete execution, manage logistics flawlessly, and stay close to the field to understand what's working. You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and want clear ownership of outcomes.
