OpenAI's ChatGPT Consumer Marketing team is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for distinct ChatGPT audiences and communities. This role owns the complete marketing lifecycle for priority audiences—from deep audience research and insight generation through strategy definition, program launch, optimization, and measurement. You will lead integrated programs spanning community building, ambassador networks, creator partnerships, real-world activations, organic and paid media, lifecycle marketing, in-product experiences, content strategy, and brand positioning. Success requires translating audience insights (goals, barriers, behaviors, cultural context, relationship with AI) into cohesive strategies that drive adoption, engagement, preference, and advocacy. Key responsibilities include: defining audience value propositions and behavior objectives; building full-funnel programs across multiple channels and touchpoints; developing credible advocacy initiatives that demonstrate ChatGPT's real-world value; partnering with Product Marketing and Product teams to surface audience needs in positioning and product decisions; collaborating with Research, Analytics, and Growth teams to measure impact and iterate; and creating the briefs, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment needed to execute complex programs at scale. You will work closely with teams across Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Growth, Research, Communications, Social, International, Policy, Safety, and Legal to ensure programs are tailored to audiences while maintaining brand coherence. Ideal candidates have led integrated consumer marketing programs around specific audiences or communities; can move fluidly from insight to strategy to execution; understand how community, creators, partnerships, paid media, owned channels, and product surfaces work together; have strong strategic and creative judgment; use data to prioritize and iterate; excel at cross-functional collaboration; and exercise sound judgment with sensitive audiences. The role is based in San Francisco or New York with a hybrid model (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is available.
