OpenAI's Business Marketing team is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead brand and customer marketing strategies that help enterprises understand and adopt AI solutions. This role sits within the Integrated Marketing team and bridges brand, products, customer stories, and go-to-market priorities into cohesive campaigns targeting business decision-makers. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, consideration, and preference among enterprise buyers. Key responsibilities include synthesizing audience research, competitive context, product positioning, and customer proof points into creative briefs that span paid, owned, earned, social, field, and sales channels. You'll connect brand, creative, customer marketing, communications, media, growth, demand generation, and field activation into a coherent business audience journey. The role emphasizes using AI to uncover insights, experiment with new storytelling formats, and accelerate execution. You'll be directly accountable for measurable outcomes: unaided awareness, consideration, purchase preference, and positive brand sentiment among priority business audiences. Ideal candidates bring significant experience leading integrated marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or B2B go-to-market programs. You should demonstrate strong strategic judgment, senior stakeholder credibility, and the ability to lead independently through ambiguity. Proven ownership of brand and commercial outcomes (awareness, consideration, preference, sentiment, adoption, pipeline, revenue) is essential. You'll command positioning, audience strategy, creative development, channel planning, and full-funnel measurement, with experience managing significant marketing budgets or portfolios up to $100M. An active, forward-looking relationship with AI and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve insight, experimentation, and execution is expected. You should be comfortable contributing across an integrated Business Marketing team as priorities and market opportunities evolve, with customer-facing experience pitching to executive stakeholders and translating enterprise outcomes into brand campaigns.
