Dropbox is hiring an Integrated Campaign Strategist to architect and orchestrate marketing campaigns for priority product launches and evergreen marketing motions targeting mid-market and enterprise audiences. This senior individual contributor role turns business priorities, audience insight, and product positioning into clear campaign strategies that define audience, narrative, journey, channel roles, activation sequence, and measurement plans. You will be the steward of how campaigns show up in market across owned, earned, and paid channels. Working across Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Communications, Web, Lifecycle, Paid Media, Content, Events, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales, you will align teams around one integrated plan, connect individual activations into a coherent enterprise buyer experience, and guide campaigns from brief through launch, optimization, and learning. Key responsibilities include: • Campaign Strategy Architecture: Translate business goals, product positioning, and audience insight into integrated campaign strategies for key launches and evergreen motions, including objectives, audience, narrative, journey, channel roles, phasing, and measurement. • Cross-Channel Orchestration: Build and manage integrated activation plans across owned, earned, and paid channels so that web, lifecycle, content, social, communications, events, partner, and media programs work as one connected campaign. • In-Market Stewardship: Own campaigns through launch and sustainment, protecting the strategic throughline while ensuring creative, messaging, timing, and audience experience remain coherent across touchpoints and regions. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Establish the brief, operating rhythm, decision rights, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria that align Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Communications, channel owners, Marketing Operations, Marketing Data Science, regional partners, and Sales. • Audience and Journey Design: Define target audiences and buying groups, map the role of each touchpoint across the customer journey, and ensure campaign experiences respond to buyer needs, market moments, and stages of consideration. • Performance and Optimization: Partner with Marketing Data Science and channel owners to define full funnel success measures, synthesize owned, earned, and paid signals, identify performance drivers and limitations, and recommend changes to audience, narrative, creative, sequencing, or channel mix. • Portfolio Learning and Scale: Capture campaign insights, codify reusable plays, distinguish enduring strategy from launch-specific execution, and apply learning across the enterprise campaign portfolio. This role requires leading through influence, making tradeoffs in ambiguity, and balancing strong market storytelling with measurable business impact. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in integrated campaigns, enterprise marketing, product marketing activation, brand-to-demand, or related discipline, ideally in SaaS or technology • Direct experience building campaign strategy and accountability for outcomes (pipeline generation, revenue generation) • Demonstrated ownership of complex integrated campaigns from strategy and brief through activation, optimization, and post-campaign learning • Strong campaign architecture skills, including audience definition, narrative development, buyer journey design, channel planning, phasing, and measurement • Ability to lead through influence across multiple functions without direct authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Adaptability: learn, adjust, and stay effective through change • Connection: communicate, collaborate, and build trust
