Salary: USD 19 - 21 / hourly

This Customer Operations role is dual-track: you'll determine through the interview process whether you're better suited for a sales or service path. Both paths involve direct customer interaction and deep product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, as well as existing policyholders requesting changes
- Providing consultative support by identifying coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and flagging upcoming renewals
- Mastering the product and Jerry's panel of insurance partners to match customers with optimal coverage
- Processing service requests (vehicle info, driver changes, lienholders, policy documents)
- Problem-solving to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage
- Contributing product feedback through a short feedback loop that ships suggestions quickly
The role is fast-paced, team-oriented, and fully remote with equipment provided. REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with strong teamwork orientation
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada (full-time hourly employees must be in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
