Salary: PLN 8,000 - 10,000 / annual

The Instructional Designer role is responsible for independently creating and updating self-paced eLearning courses that are accurate, engaging, and aligned with learner performance objectives. This position applies instructional design methodology to translate content into effective digital learning experiences and manages the full development cycle from storyboarding through LMS publishing. Key responsibilities include: - Design and develop self-paced eLearning courses from storyboard through final production - Create engaging course content including scenarios, activities, knowledge checks, and assessments - Translate source content and subject matter expert (SME) input into structured, learner-centered course designs - Update existing courses to reflect process changes, QA findings, and content revisions - Ensure course design aligns with adult learning principles and organizational standards - Collaborate with Content Strategists to ensure course content is accurate and up to date - Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy and instructional approach - Coordinate with the Learning & Knowledge Systems Administrator for LMS publishing and configuration - Incorporate stakeholder and learner feedback into course revisions - Identify opportunities to improve course design quality, interactivity, and learner engagement - Deliver high-quality, accurate work by adhering to documented processes, SOPs, SLAs, and checklists - Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and quality standards - Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement Required qualifications: - Proven knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar) - Hands-on experience applying instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to course development - Ability to translate complex content into clear, engaging self-paced learning experiences - Familiarity with assessment design and learner evaluation techniques - LMS course publishing and configuration basics - Attention to detail and strong editorial and visual judgment - Availability to work hybrid, 10:00-18:00 Preferred qualifications: - 2–5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles - Experience in fintech or SaaS environments - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Compensation and benefits include competitive pay (8,000–10,000 PLN gross), access to e-learning platforms, fully paid private healthcare (LuxMed), Worksmile platform access, subsidized meals, laptop and equipment, modern office space in city centre, free parking, company library access, recreational facilities, free snacks and beverages, company social events, employee referral program, and relocation package within Poland.
